Regular users of this web site will have noticed is has changed a bit. The menus have been reconfigured and the site is now setup to be more flexible and easier to maintain.
Features to note:
- The home page has a Quick Links menu on the left. This may change to keep it relevant.
- The main menu is heavily loaded under the Sailing item. Hover over items to see the sub-menus - explore!
- Complete results for the 2011-12 season are available under Sailing. Apologies to members for the lack of regular results posting last season - we are still not up to date this year. We will try to have this sorted by next weekend (24/11/12) and be up to date from then on.
- Most pages under the sailing item have a Sailing submenu on the left hand side. This gives quick access to further submenus.
- For example, try the Weather or Training items under Sailing.
- We now have a Calendar system. This has its own full page and upcoming events are displayed in a list on the home page. If you click on these items or on dates on the small monthly calendar display (see right column), any additional available details of the events will be displayed. On the main calendar page, you can display just the items of interest to you by selecting a colour coded category at the bottom.
- The Login menu is used by registered club members so they can edit and add content to the site. As we add features to the site we may use logins for more members. If you would like to be able to contribute content to the site, register under the login menu and email the Secretary.
- As always, we would like to have more content, and some areas are yet to be completed. Keep checking for updates.
